GARDENTOP PASTA PLUS FLUO (for non-professional users) Brodifacoum 0.0029%, is a ready-to-use bait with a 10g sachet for rodent control, targeting infestations of the brown rat (Rattus norvegicus), house mouse (Mus musculus), and large field mice at all stages of development.

First aid instructions and medical advice:
This product contains brodifacoum, an anticoagulant substance. In case of ingestion, symptoms (which may appear with delay) may include bleeding from the nose and gums. In severe cases, bruising or blood present in feces and urine may occur.
Antidote: Vitamin K1, administered only by medical/veterinary personnel.
In case of:
– Skin exposure: wash the skin with water and soap.
– Eye exposure: rinse the eyes with a rinsing solution and water, keeping the eyelids open for at least 10 minutes.
– Oral exposure: carefully rinse the mouth with water. Never give anything orally to an unconscious person. Do not induce vomiting. If ingested, seek immediate medical attention and provide the label or packaging of the product. Contact a veterinary surgeon if the product is ingested by a pet. Dangerous for wildlife.
The bait stations should be labeled with the following information:
– “Do not remove or move”
– “Contains rodenticide”
– “GARDENTOP PASTA FLUO” – Active substance: “Brodifacoum”
– “In case of incident, call emergency services”
Measures to reduce the risk:
– Take preventive control measures (e.g., close holes, remove food and water sources as far as possible) to improve the consumption of the product and reduce the possibility of re-infestation.
– Do not use in areas where resistance to the active substance is suspected.
– The product should not be used for more than 35 days without an evaluation of the infestation status and treatment effectiveness.
– Do not circulate the use of other anticoagulants with comparable or weaker potency for resistance management purposes.
– Do not wash bait stations with water during applications, and ensure bait station containers are properly sealed and protected.
– Dispose of dead rodents according to local requirements.

Warning:
The bait stations must be clearly labeled to indicate that they contain rodenticides and should not be removed or opened, ensuring that they are not accessed by the bait station.
Place the product out of reach of children, pets, birds, farm animals, and non-target animals.
Place the bait away from food, drinks, and water, as well as away from pet food, and also from areas and surfaces that may come into contact with them.
Wear chemical-resistant gloves while using the product.
Storage:
Store in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated place. Keep the container closed and away from direct sunlight.
Store in areas where access by children, birds, and pets is prevented.

Application method: Ready-to-use bait to be used in indoor and outdoor environments or for direct application in burrows (only in outdoor environments).
Application rate and frequency:
For house mouse control (Mus musculus) – for use in indoor and outdoor environments around buildings:
— High infestation: up to 50g of bait per bait point every 2 meters.
— Low infestation: up to 50g of bait per bait point every 5 meters.
For large field mouse control (Rattus norvegicus) for use in indoor and outdoor environments around buildings, in open areas, and places where waste is stored:
— High infestation: up to 90g of bait per bait point every 5 meters.
— Low infestation: up to 90g of bait per bait point every 10 meters.
For outdoor use, bait points should be covered and placed in strategic locations to minimize exposure to non-target species and children. Cover or block the entrances of burrows to reduce the risk of bait rejection. The product should be placed immediately near areas where rodents pass, nesting sites, holes, pits, burrows, etc. Where possible, bait stations should be fixed to the ground or other structures.
Bait stations must be clearly labeled to indicate they contain rodenticides and that they should not be removed or opened. The baits should be secured so they cannot be pulled out or taken from the bait station.
